We issue refunds on our products under the following terms:
1. Full Refund β Unusable License
A full refund will be issued within 7 days if the customer receives a license that cannot be used. However, the customer must first contact our support team to determine that the license issue is not due to:
- Faulty installation
- Incorrect product version installed
- Malware or virus corruption of system files
2. Full Refund β License Not Received
A full refund will be issued within 7 days if the customer does not receive a license key via email.
3. Full Refund β Problems After Activation
A full refund will be issued within 7 days if the customer experiences persistent problems with the license key after successful activation.
4. No Refund β Working License Delivered
No refund will be issued if the customer received a valid and working license key.

Verification of License Activation
RTX Games reserves the right to verify the activation status of any license key within seven calendar days of the refund request. If it is determined that the license has been successfully activated, RTX Games reserves the right to deny the refund, as the service has been delivered as agreed.
